Job summary

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew provides WOW customer service with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and maintains high customer service standards.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staffing, and urgent issues.
• Delivers opening/closing duties, including cash handling and securing the store.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery procedures.
• Maintains store cleanliness and organization.
