Job summary

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep sales floor stocked.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness.
• Help onboard and train associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
