Job summary

Five Below in Collegeville, PA is seeking a Part-time Support Lead to help deliver fast, friendly service and wow customers each day. You will train crew on BE.S.T.

customer experience, supervise daily store activities, and ensure merchandise is stocked and attractive. As Manager on Duty when needed, you’ll handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, and urgent issue resolution while partnering with the leadership team to optimize merchandising and store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BE.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues.
• Manages the opening or closing of the store, including cash security, door locking, alarm setup, and daily operational readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks and stockroom upkeep.
