Five Below seeks an Interim Part Time Support Lead in McKeesport, PA. You will wow customers with fast, friendly checkout, train crew on the BEST service, and oversee daily store operations and staff performance.

You’ll assist with receiving, stock organization, and occasionally open/close duties. You’ll support onboarding and drive sales while partnering with leadership to optimize merchandising and customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• College experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store operations and staff performance.
• Handles receiving, unpacking, and stock organization.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and opens/closes store as needed.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
