Five Below in Fenton, MO is seeking a Part Time Support Lead to supervise daily store operations and lead the crew in delivering the BEST customer experience. The role supports onboarding, training, merchandising, and ensures smooth opening/closing procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible schedule required, including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Wow customers with excellent service and lead the crew in customer experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure tasks are performed efficiently.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations and issues.
• Open/close the store securely and manage cash handling and alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates and optimize merchandising.
