Five Below in Stockton, CA is seeking an Interim Support Lead (Part Time) to oversee daily store operations, lead crew members, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves opening/closing duties, training, and driving sales while managing expenses.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly check out.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures service quality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash, alarms, and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
