Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew WOWs customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service; fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty; handles store operations and staff issues.
• Manages opening/closing: cash, doors, alarms, daily prep.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses via merchandising and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Conducts store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
