Job summary

School of Rock in Arnold, MD is seeking a Part-Time Studio Coordinator to serve as the administrative hub for the studio. You will handle front desk duties, greet families, manage scheduling and communications, and support daily operations to create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for students and parents.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead tours, enroll new students, assist with marketing, and help with special projects and social media.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in front desk, reception, or customer service
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills
• Experience and interest in working with children
• Able to juggle multiple projects and stay organized
• Adaptable and flexible under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Polished demeanor and professional integrity
• Knowledge of music or the music industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, including opening/closing, attendance, and maintaining a clean, professional school environment
• Handle phone and email communications using scheduling software, Google Workspace, CRM, Canva
• Deliver top-quality customer service to greet students and parents and resolve concerns
• Ensure safety by enforcing the Code of Conduct and safety policies
• Pitch the music program to families, lead school tours, and enroll new students
• Assist with marketing, promote events, maintain social media presence, content creation
• Support the General Manager with special projects and administrative tasks
