You will handle scheduling, front desk duties, tours, enrollments, and light marketing tasks. A positive, energetic, and professional demeanor is essential for this fast-paced music education environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front Desk, Reception, or Customer Service roles
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Positive energy and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including opening/closing, monitoring attendance, and keeping a professional school environment
• Manage scheduling and handle phone/email communications using multiple software platforms
• Provide top-quality customer service to students, parents, and prospective customers
• Ensure safety by adhering to the Code of Conduct and safety policies
• Lead school tours and enroll new students to support growth
• Assist in marketing efforts and maintain active social media presence
• Support General Manager with special projects and a variety of administrative tasks
