Job summary

School of Rock in Austin, TX is seeking a Part-Time Studio Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service and help run the school.

You will handle daily operations, opening/closing, attendance, scheduling, and communications across scheduling software, Google Workspace and CRM, while supporting student tours, enrollment, and school events.

2+ years in front desk or customer service, a friendly, professional demeanor, and an interest in music preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front Desk/Reception/Customer Service.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Experience with children.
• Multitasking and prioritization.
• Adaptability under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Knowledge of music or music industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including opening/closing the school, attendance and environment.
• Handle scheduling and manage phone/email communications across platforms.
• Greet students/parents, deliver top-quality customer service and resolve concerns.
• Ensure safety by following Code of Conduct and policies.
• Pitch the music program, lead school tours and enroll new students.
• Assist in marketing and events, maintaining social media presence.
• Support General Manager with special projects and admin tasks.
