Job summary

Dynamic Campus seeks a Student Technician for Franciscan University of Steubenville in Steubenville, OH. You will provide front-line IT support to students, faculty, and staff, troubleshoot a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues, and manage tickets through our system.

This on-site, part-time role runs per semester with variable hours. You will assist with software installation, documentation creation, and collaborate with full-time staff to escalate complex problems, while

Qualifications

• Ability to independently resolve most client requests.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and ongoing learning.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and long periods of sitting/standing.
• Willingness to perform desk-side tasks and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Provide computer help desk assistance to students, faculty and staff.
• Troubleshoot IT systems and log/resolve tickets.
• Diagnose and resolve problems by phone, email, or in-person.
• Support hardware installs and maintenance.
• Assist with software installation and troubleshooting across Windows and macOS.
• Create and update knowledgebase articles and guides.
• Work with full-time staff to escalate complex issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
