Qualifications

• Enrolled for classes at a post-secondary institution (e.g., Ohio University, Hocking College) during the current, previous, or upcoming semester.
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of office software and communication tools.
• Departments may have specific minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk Support to students, staff and faculty; enter work orders when possible.
• Check out and deliver equipment; assist with inventory, testing and cleaning of computer gear.
• Support campus projects as needed and log issues using Teams.
• OULN Classroom Operator Support: ensure equipment is powered, connected and functioning for class; manage class materials and relay issues via Teams.
• Campus Event Support: set up and operate computer, audio and AV equipment for events; troubleshoot issues and restore equipment after events.
