Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a full‑time student at Hocking College.
• Must meet SAP requirements and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, OS (Windows/macOS/Linux) and common software.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support to end-users via email, phone, and in person.
• Assist with installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Assist with software updates, patches, and security fixes with IT staff.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as disk cleanup and antivirus scans.
