Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and training crew on service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure guest service.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to ensure quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses by optimizing merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
