Job summary

CVS Health in Westfield, MA is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to join the store leadership team. You will support store management in daily operations, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help build strong customer relationships.

Work hours average 20 per week with pay ranging from $17.00 to $26.00 per hour. A high school diploma is preferred; strong communication, supervision, and computer skills are required; and the role may include early mornings, overnights and

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager or supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Supervise staff by directing and following up on activities.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing, stocking and displays.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
