Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. In the absence of a manager, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help drive performance and loyalty.

You will supervise daily operations, maintain merchandise presentation, assist customers, and communicate with management. The role offers part-time hours around 29 per week and a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 hourly,

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and supervision capabilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Maintain effective communication between management and store crews.
• Assist customers with questions and issues, and support CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise presentation, price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
