Job summary

CVS Health in Millis, MA is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in delivering outstanding customer service and store execution. You will lead staff when management is unavailable and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, coordinating with management, assisting customers, maintaining merchandise displays, and protecting customer confidentiality. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is not present and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew and communicate with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and promotions.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
