Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. The role leads store staff in the absence of a manager and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

The position is 24 hours per week with a typical pay range around $18.35 per hour, and includes benefits for part-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure store presentation aligns with CVS standards.
