Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor in Massachusetts to support store management and drive customer-focused execution. You will lead the team when a manager isn’t onsite and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, while upholding service standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and seamless store operations with flexible hours including some early mornings and weekends. 20 hours weekly.

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Address customer questions, problems and complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
