Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support store management and drive store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Handle customer relations in line with company policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain inventory.
