Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team, coach associates, and ensure excellent customer engagement and store standards. You will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail leadership, a high school diploma, and strong coaching and communication skills.

• Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
