The North Face is seeking a Supervisor to join our store team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to deliver an abets-in-class customer experience, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will help maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and mentor team members while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proof of store leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong ability to coach and develop associates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
