CVS Health Corporation is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor in San Diego, CA. You will support the CVS Store Management team, lead staff when managers are offsite, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent preferred), strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. pay is $19.20 per hour.

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills with basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crews and coordinate with management to execute store operations.
