Job summary

CVS Health in California is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer service, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

You will supervise store staff, communicate with management, assist customers, merchandise, and maintain stock. This role requires flexible hours including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour and eligibility for CVS benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is present and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed.

• Assist customers and address questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, price, stock and displays.
• Support CVS customer service culture and protect customer confidentiality.
