Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead staff when a manager is not onsite, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and uphold exceptional customer service and store presentation.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, managing merchandising, assisting customers, and maintaining confidentiality. A high school diploma is preferred and the role offers part-time hours with competitive benefits.

• Strong communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, graveyard shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or supervisor is unavailable to ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Promote excellent customer service and help resolve customer questions, problems and complaints.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on activities; maintain stock and pricing; ensure displays and merchandise are set per planograms.
