Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in California to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store performance. The role covers customer service leadership, opening/closing procedures and supervising staff when managers are not onsite.

Responsibilities include supervising store crews, merchandising execution, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. Part-time hours (29 weekly) with eligibility for benefits are noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability is required.
• Analytical skills and computer skills are needed.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Support store management and crews, communicating effectively between them.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints and promote great customer service.
• Coordinate merchandising, pricing, stocking, displays and inventory activities.
