Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations when no manager is onsite and support opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise staff by directing activities and ensuring execution of tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues following policy.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints to promote a positive experience.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, price tagging, stock shelves and displays.
