Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help the store management team deliver exceptional customer service and smooth operations. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, maintaining a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, with a pay range of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour and eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews to relay information.
