Job summary

Lolli & Pops is seeking a part-time Service Lead/Keyholder to join our Beachwood store. You will be a key member of the leadership team, focused on guest engagement, training, and maintaining store standards.

You will drive KPI targets, coach the team, assist with paperwork and inventory, and uphold store policies. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds; flexible availability during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve them.
• Keep the team focused on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge.
• Maximize team performance through coaching and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies, procedures and directives consistently among team members.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
