Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service with personal contact.
• Train crew on BEST customer service; fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed; handle operations and issues.
• Open/close the store when required; secure cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and control costs through merchandising and service.
