Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and superior service.
• Train crew on BASIC customer service and checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor quickly.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close store responsibilities including cash control and security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and operations.
