Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow customers with friendly service and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms for smooth operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
