Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to manage store operations while on duty. You will act as the Person in Charge, support management in customer service, product availability, and safety, and help drive sales and cost controls.

The role requires strong leadership, supervisory skills, and the ability to coordinate staff across all store functions. Weekend and overtime availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full shift operations as Person in Charge when no senior leader is present.
• Coordinate team responsibilities and address operational needs in real time.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of food service and beverage programs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, merchandising, service and cleanliness.
• Complete store side work and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Lead by example, ensure accountability and uphold company standards.
