Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while focusing on customer service. When there is no manager onsite, you will lead the store and staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills with computer proficiency.
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the crew and coordinate with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
