Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and drive performance while building loyalty through outstanding service. When managers are absent, you will oversee store operations and staff, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise, coach colleagues, handle customer inquiries, and support merchandising and displays to maintain a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store execution and performance alongside CVS Store Management.
• Supervise the store crew and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Promote excellent customer service and resolve customer issues per policy.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
