CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations and support the CVS Store Management team. You will drive store execution, uphold customer service standards, and supervise staff when managers are not on site.

The role involves opening/closing procedures and ensuring smooth daily operations in a competitive retail environment. The position emphasizes building customer loyalty, managing merchandise, and maintaining store presentation while delivering a positive shopping

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills required.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management to drive store execution and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions or complaints.
• Supervise store staff when management is unavailable and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, stock, displays and inventory as directed.
