Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Operations Supervisor to support the store management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. You will help build consumer loyalty through excellent customer service and lead the store when managers are offsite, ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed.

The role emphasizes supervision, daily store operations, merchandising, and strong customer relations to maintain a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work with store management and crews; supervise the store’s crew and activities; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, handle questions and complaints, promote CVS service culture, ensure positive shopping experience.
• Feedback & coaching: Provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching (e.g., myImpact, myCustomer).
• Confidentiality: Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Merchandising/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, plan and display weekly, promotional and seasonal items; manage off-shelf merchandise.
