Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution, delivering excellent customer service and building consumer loyalty. In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store and supervisory staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, coaching on service standards, and managing signage, pricing and weekly promotional

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical strengths.
• Excellent communication and supervisory capabilities.
• Flexibility to work full-time-like shifts incl. early mornings, overnights and weekends.
