Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store management, driving execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you’ll lead the store and staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

You’ll oversee merchandising, price setting, and display execution while maintaining a high standard of customer care and confidentiality. This is a part-time role with competitive benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking required.
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills expected.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service and coaching to colleagues to uphold CVS standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional displays and off-shelf maintenance.
