Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and executing store activities and driving performance. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations and complete opening and closing procedures.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, coaching colleagues, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting a positive shopping experience for CVS customers. Part-time with a typical 29 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work with store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed and the store operates smoothly.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and handle customer relations per policy.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues, and maintain confidentiality.
