Job summary

At Home Group Inc. in Corpus Christi is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a dynamic selling culture. You will handle opening/closing, training, and task delegation while maintaining safety, ethics, and compliance.

The role involves lifting/moving merchandise, coordinating with the Assistant Store Manager, and sustaining guest experience and store metrics. If you’re 18+, have a high school diploma, and can work nights/weekends, join a team focused on efficiency

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and manage Front-End processes with operational readiness.
• Coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager to meet traffic and sales goals.
• Plan daily/weekly tasks and delegate to achieve department targets.
• Support inventory control, safety, shrink, and customer experience.
• Train, coach, monitor, and drive productivity across the team.
• Lead freight processes, stocking, and end cap maintenance.
• Handle other duties as needed; open availability nights/weekends.
