Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead crew members and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train staff, oversee daily operations, and manage opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth store performance.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. A high school diploma is required, with college experience preferred, and your schedule may include

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer service with personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty, managing store operations and staff whenever needed.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure readiness for business day.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and store recovery.
