You will assist design consultants, manage cash and financing applications, schedule deliveries, and help resolve post-purchase service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. This entry-level, part-time role offers paid training, benefits for 24 hours a week, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Read, understand and write English.
• Able to navigate Bassett systems and Windows software.

Responsibilities

• Assist design consultants with order entry, cash management, and financing applications.
• Assist ordering parts for customers such as arm caps, table legs, hardware, etc.
• Audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash reconciliation.
• Audit daily transaction reports for sales order entry.
• Coordinate deliveries and service calls with customers.
• Maintain communication with customers on service status and surveys.
