Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

• Excellent customer service, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities and reporting.
• Maintain store displays and ensure promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and handling payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits/receipts.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom well-stocked and organized to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies; mentor Store Associates.
