Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Coral Springs, FL. You will lead store operations, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, inventory control, cash handling, and ensuring a engaging, inclusive environment for customers and team members. Reports to Store Manager and supports store KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is not present to handle scheduling, customer issues, and day-to-day operations.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and performance follow-up.
• Enforce company policies, security, and cash handling procedures to protect assets.
• Foster a fun, inclusive environment and ensure alignment with brand standards and customer service goals.
• Assist in recruiting and training staff and ensuring proper store operations procedures.
• Support opening/closing duties, inventory preparation, and timely communication with leadership.
