Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Gainesville, FL location. This role leads a team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily store operations, and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

As a core member of the store team, you will coach staff, handle scheduling, and ensure the store meets performance goals. This position offers part-time hours consistent with retail schedules and the opportunity to advance within a national retailer.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow-up.
• Open or close the store as required and manage daily operations to meet KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control, and store visuals.
