Lids Sports Group in Destin, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of associates. You will ensure exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.

You will act as manager on duty when needed, schedule staff, handle cash, and uphold policy compliance while creating a fun, inclusive environment that reflects the Lids brand. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a passion for sports fashion.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute, and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage store associates through scheduling, goal setting, and follow-up when Store Manager is not present.
• Open/close the store and handle cash with accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and visual guidelines to ensure a compelling in-store experience.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
