Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Brandon, FL to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage scheduling, merchandising, and staff development to drive sales and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training and goal setting when Store Manager is absent.
• Administer progressive discipline with verbal and written warnings.
• Create a productive, respectful team environment and uphold brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including covering shifts during peaks.
• Recruit and train store personnel and ensure policy compliance.
