Job summary

MINISO USA in Clearwater, FL seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional service. You will handle replenishment, cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing duties to keep the store running smoothly.

You will promote the store’s membership program, drive sales to meet KPIs, and maintain a safe, engaging shopping environment for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager with training and coaching associates.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual updates.
• Open/close duties and ensure safety and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to policies.
• Promote MINISO membership program and loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately using POS.
