Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities to ensure staff perform duties effectively and serve customers well.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves full and organized.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash security and alarms for smooth daily ops.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, products and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning, stock room upkeep and waste removal.
